I use WinDBG to analyze crash dumps - most of it is information I don't know what to do with, but it will give you helpful information/codes you can google to help you triangulate the problem. (Additionally, I usually peruse Event Viewer to see what else was going on at the time of the BSOD, occasionally gives me some more clues).
